Your self-designed private retreat is a journey created around your needs, your pace, your intentions - a true luxury
The retreat begins by listening to what is calling for your attention right now. The theme you select becomes the guiding thread for the day’s journey.
Whether you’re longing for renewed energy, seeking guidance through yogic insight or wanting a deeply personal space to understand yourself better - the retreat is shaped around you. Practices that we use are classical Yoga Therapy, Raja Yoga and the Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, and Himalayan Yogic practices. The work may involve shifting mental perspective, releasing stored tension or trauma, easing emotional pressure, or restoring balance.
HOW DO WE PROCEED?
Choose the theme for Your retreat and decide on the date you want to experience it
Your private retreat unfolds from the theme that speak most clearly to you right now. You may choose one central focus or several that naturally connect.
Perhaps your theme is something entirely personal — something that needs space, gentleness, and clarity. Or maybe you are experiencing a major life transition or recovery process, maybe it is emotional exhaustion, inner pressure or constant fears and overthinking, patterns of self-sabotage or any other theme.
You are free to name what feels true. Your retreat is then shaped around that truth.
If you already sense what you’d like to explore and if you know where you want this retreat to be held, you can share all of that with us here. From there, we can discuss a potential agenda together and then proceed with the booking.
This private one-on-one retreat is available online, at our private studio, or — by arrangement—with Therapist traveling to your home/country. You have the freedom to choose the environment that feels most supportive for your experience. You can share your preferences here.
All private retreats have a priority scheduling and availabilities every week
If you feel ready without discussions - claim your private retreat here and we will sort out the the rest later.
No prior experience of any kind is needed, as it is tailored to your current emotional, physical, and mental state.

What You Will Learn
You will receive simple, effective tools that directly relate to the themes or challenges you choose to bring into the retreat
There is often a natural unfolding — a clearer understanding of your needs, strengths, emotions, and inner patterns. This kind of awareness changes how you move through your life
We will also explore how to integrate these insights into your daily rhythm, so the retreat becomes a genuine turning point rather than a temporary pause

Q & A
-
In our private retreats, Yoga Therapy is not simply a practice of the body. It is a structured system of mind and life management based on classical Yoga, Vedānta, and Ayurveda.
According to Patañjali, suffering arises not only from the body but from chitta-vṛtti—the movements of the mind (Yoga Sūtra 1.2) . These movements shape perception, drive behaviour, and eventually manifest as physical tension, emotional constriction, and imbalance in prāṇa. Therefore, our work begins where the pattern begins: in perception.
-
Yes, private retreats start at half day up to to 5 days, based on your needs and req. You can also for loner retreats invite your closest familuirements
-
Both body and breath carry saṁskāras—subtle residues of experience. Classical yoga speaks of these as granthis (knots in the subtle body), while modern anatomy sees them as patterns of chronic tension. Through somatic awareness, supported breathing, intelligent sequencing, and internal clensing methods, these impressions become available for release.
-
Because the Upanishads teach that “as is one’s understanding, so one becomes.” When perception shifts, the lived experience of life shifts. Through traditional self-inquiry, meditative attention, and awareness practices, we help the mind loosen its habitual interpretations so clarity can emerge naturally.
-
Our Yoga Therapy style is a system for reorganizing perception, resolving stored impressions, and restoring balance in body and mind. Transformation becomes natural when the mind’s patterns are understood and purified—not by force, but by realignment with one’s own deeper intelligence.
-
Because whatever is in the mind, eventually the same thing expresses in the body. Patañjali states that when mental patterns are unregulated, the seer identifies himsel/herself with them. When these patterns settle, the body reorganizes as well: breath deepens, digestion stabilizes, stress responses quieten, and perception becomes spacious.
-
One that is holistic, grounded, and natural. Not forced.
When the mind is clarified and the internal pathways are unburdened, change does not need to be manufactured—it simply unfolds.
-
Imbalance arises from improper food, sensory overload, disrupted routines, and unresolved stress, negative emotions and trauma, all of which generate toxins in the body and dullness in the mind. We use Himalayan Kriya Yoga to clear internal pathways.
-
Because nourishment directly influences mind and body. Sattvic, constitution-aligned food supports mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and resilience of the nervous system. Ayurveda teaches that food is not only biochemical fuel but also a psychological stabilizer that shapes perception and mood.
-
Asana (posture) is essential, but not primary for therapeutic approach. Authentic yoga works with mind, perception and breath. The Bhagavad Gītā defines yoga as “skill in action” and “equanimity of mind,” not physical posture. In our method, movement, if applicable, is a doorway into tissue regulation rather than the goal itself.
-
Here are some:
A person with chronic anxiety learns to recognize the subtle beginning of mental agitation and uses mindfulness, deduction and breath sequencing to interrupt the cycle before the body collapses into tension.
A fatigued, burned-out individual stabilizes digestion, sleep rhythms, and prāṇa flow, regaining clarity and direction without forcing motivation.
A person stuck in repetitive thinking discovers how inquiry (“Who is the one experiencing this?”—a method rooted in Advaita) shifts the entire inner landscape.
