YOGA THERAPY AND ITS CORE PRINCIPLES

Looking for someone to listen? Want to learn how to calm your mind? Need effective tools to release stress from your body and mind? Or are you ready to address a specific health concern?

We’re here to support you every step of the way. You are in the right place, send us a message to see how it works!

The Yoga Therapy process respects each individual's pace, personal qualities, and life experience, and supports their need for self-exploration, as the therapy's effectiveness completely depends on the individual's own motivation and willingness to change.

Yoga Therapy is used to re-balance the nervous system, reduce or even eliminate emotional trauma, prevent stressors from interfering with your life, manage acute and chronic pain. It helps alleviate symptoms related to illness, injury, or long-standing conditions. It facilitates healing on emotional, mental, and physical levels.

Whether you choose a long-term therapy plan or prefer to go session by session, each approach is designed specifically for you—using adaptable Yoga Therapy practices tailored to your unique needs. We believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all, when it comes to healing practices.

Yoga Therapy gently explores the underlying causes of your physical or emotional discomfort, helping you move toward lasting relief and balance. Effectiveness of Yoga Therapy is high and results are sustainable.

MEDICAL vs. HOLISTIC MODEL

When discussing achieving optimal health through Yoga Therapy, it is essential to understand the bridge between the medical and holistic health models.

The medical model offers evaluation, diagnosis, and interventions (like medication or surgery), with the patient being a passive recipient. In Yoga Therapy the individual actively engages in the healing process, supported by the therapist. While the medical model encourages responsibility, stress reduction, and a healthy diet, it lacks mechanisms to guide how to practically make the lifestyle and mindset changes that most affect mental and physical health.

Yoga and medicine complement each other. Yoga Therapy is a truly powerful tool for managing stress responses, it offers effective, natural support for long-term well-being, supports body awareness, emotional regulation, improved sleep, and strengthened immune function. It fosters more functional, adaptive living and significantly enhances your overall quality of life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The system’s effectiveness lies also in step-by-step application leading to changes in life patterns through neuroplasticity and its influence on:

  • thinking patterns,

  • the autonomic and central nervous systems,

  • internal organ function and regeneration, blood circulation, lymphatic flow,

  • detoxification via the circulatory system ...and many other combined factors that restore homeostasis in vital life cycles.

Thank you for what you do, I could never imagine that anxiety that I have been struggling with for more than 2 years, can be shifted in 3 days... Now, when feeling of anxiety is coming in, I can somewhat control it by seeing it as not being a part of my personality. Sometimes I forget, but majority of time I succeed. And I have started to go to the gym, this really helps as well.
